Our mats are priced per mat, per week. Odd days at the end of a hire period are charged pro rata based on a five-day working week. Please contact us to discuss your specific hire duration requirements.

Yes. Hirers are required to have Hired-in Plant Insurance in place covering a minimum value of £100,000 before any hire commences. Proof of insurance will be requested prior to delivery.

Yes. Calculation documents for the specific mats being hired can be supplied on request. This supports your lift plan and ground-bearing assessments. Just let us know when making your booking.

During the hire period, the hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the plant. We will notify you of any damage found on return, and you will have the right to inspect and make representations within two working days. Your hired-in plant insurance should cover this.

Mats must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. If mats are returned dirty, a minimum cleaning charge of £50 + VAT per mat applies. Heavily soiled mats are charged at £100 + VAT per hour of cleaning time.
